Package includes the following:
– Planning begins up to 12 months prior to your wedding date (up to 150 hours)
– Meetings with your Planner as needed
– Full Design & Styling with Planner
– Wedding Planner onsite managing all details for up to 12 hours on wedding day
– 1 Assistant Coordinator onsite for up to 8 hours on wedding day
– 1 Setup Assistant for up to 6 hours on wedding day
– 1 Bridal Assistant to tend to all your bridal party needs and manage the day of timeline up to 6 hours on wedding day
– 1.5 Hour Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal (Time to be coordinated with Planner)
– All correspondence, negotiations, scheduling appointments, requesting and overviewing contract, etc on client’s behalf for all Vendors

Package includes the following:
– Planning begins up to 6 months prior to your wedding date (up to 100 hours)
– Meetings with your Planner as needed
– Vendor Meetings/Appointments with your Planner (up to 3)
– Partial Design & Styling Assistance from your Planner
– Wedding Planner onsite for up to 12 hours on wedding day
– 1 Assistant Coordinator onsite for up to 8 hours on wedding day

– Wedding Planner onsite for up to 10 hours on wedding day

Simply Darling Coordination (Day Of)
$2533 Base Fee
Package includes the following:
– Services begin up to 4 weeks prior to your wedding date (up to 20 hours)
– Initial Planning Consultation with Planner
– (1) In-Person Meeting if needed with Planner
– Texts and emails with your Planner for support and guidance as needed
– Design & Styling tips from Planner as needed
– Wedding Planner onsite managing all details on your Wedding Day (up to 10 hours – may add additional hours @ $150 p/h)
– (1) Assistant Coordinator onsite (up to 8 hours – may add additional hours @ $50 p/h)
– (1) Hour Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal with your Wedding Planner (Time to be coordinated with Planner)
– Vendor correspondences as needed on your behalf up to 3 weeks prior to Wedding Day
– Access to an online collaborative platform with guest-list data base, floor plans and easy seating assignments, etc
– Review all vendor contracts to ensure you have the best and most accurate menu, food, services, rentals, timing, etc
– Wedding Planner will create and manage the Day of Timeline for all vendors involved
– Create custom floor-plans, table count with appropriate size linens and placement of all vendors
– Review guest-list and seating arrangements for accuracy
– Placement and management of all decorations on wedding day (i.e. signage, dessert bar setup, favors, place cards, guestbook, photos, centerpieces, personalized champagne flutes and cake cutting set, memorabilia, games, etc)
– Distribute and pin wedding party and family members boutonnieres and corsages as needed
– Check sound, lighting and equipment before ceremony and reception
– Coordinate with and cue DJ/MC (and caterer/venue when needed) for Ceremony, Processional, Cocktail Hour, Grand Entrance, Dinner Service, First Dance, Prayer/Blessing, Toasts/Speeches, Cake Cutting, Special Dances, Bouquet and Garter Toss and Grand Exit
– Cue Wedding Party for ceremony, grand entrance and special dances
– Direct and manage flow of guests throughout the day
– Troubleshoot and manage any problems that arise throughout the day
– Gather your personal effects and décor and deliver them to the designated area and/or vehicle for safekeeping
– Distribute any final payments and/or gratuities to vendors
– Access to Emergency Bridal Kit on Wedding Day
– Your Right-Hand Woman and Team to intuitively support, manage and guide you through every detail.
